Hints of Autumn Mingled with Family Love
Last week I decided to take a drive to my sisters for the day. She only lives about 30 min’s away and the drive there is always lovely. The air is just starting to hint of Autumn and on my drive I saw some visual signs of it as well.
It was a good day for visiting since I was able to have time for everyone. My sister and I had some good quality time alone for girl chatting. Then there was time with just the two little ones and then once 3:00 hit the three older ones were home from school and they noshed on afternoon snacks and working on homework.
My sister decided to do her daily craft Stash Blast whilst I was there and though she initially made one of these lovely necklaces for me the other little ones decided they all wanted one as well.
Such a good day filled with great talks, laughter, hugs, kisses, reading books and filling my soul and heart with family goodness that can wipe away, even if only for the day, any negative thoughts and or concerns about being sick.

Happy Monday everyone.. hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are ready to tackle the coming days.
I have to say life is pretty good as of late. Yes, there are still major health issues and I’ll be starting chemo again in a couple of weeks which will go on for at least 6 months (I will go into this more in another post). However even with that going on I really am in a very good place and most of the time can stay positive. I’ve got a great man by my side..
My Family who continue to inspire me and give me strength. I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to get together with them quite a bit over the last two weeks. We are going to try to meet up at least once a week for a family day..

Well that’s all for now.. as I said earlier I will do a longer post on what’s going on with the Cancer. I have been avoiding talking about it but I feel it’s time I do again.. so until next time, peace and blessings..
